Dr. Logan Roffel, Caledon Veterinarian

Meet Dr. Roffel | DVM

Dr. Logan Roffel completed his Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology at the University of Guelph (2017–2020) before earning his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (2020–2024). He gained early hands-on experience at Aspen Valley Wildlife Sanctuary and went on to practice both general practice and emergency medicine at Scott Vet Services in Mindemoya, Manitoulin island.

Dr. Roffel has a soft spot for orangutans and loves bulldogs of all kinds, while also appreciating the charm of domestic cats. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find him outdoors camping, fishing, paddling, or golfing—or keeping up with his favourite sports teams.

At home, Logan shares his life with Charlie, a 4-year-old Olde English Bulldogge, and Harry, a 2-year-old domestic longhair cat.

What he enjoys most about veterinary medicine is seeing the transformation in his patients—helping them go from unwell to thriving and making a meaningful difference for both pets and their owners.

An unexpected fact: Dr. Roffel underwent a heart procedure at 18 and is now doing great.
