Devon Hawkins, Client Care Specialist
Devon's love and passion for animals came at a young age and she could often be found bringing home small and orphaned animals she had rescued.
Her parents, being avid dog enthusiasts, taught her proper handling and care, canine structure and breed history.
Devon became a top Junior Handler, showing multiple breeds in conformation dogs shows, and won her first Best Overall Junior Handler award at age ten.
When not working, Devon is still involved in conformation with her dogs, loves to read and further her education in canine genetics and structure. She volunteers her time as the current Secretary of the Keeshond Club of Canada and President of Keeshond Rescue Ontario.
Devon is also an active member of the Caledon Kennel Club, the Keeshond Club of America, the Great Lakes Keeshond Club of Michigan as well as the Canadian Kennel Club.
Devon lives in Mulmur with her husband John, their children Liam, Audrey and Tessa and their fur children that include four dogs and one kitten!
