Covid-19 Masking
Protocols
With the upcoming changes to masking requirements in Ontario, we wanted to keep everyone updated on our protocols.
We have decided that GVH will continue with mandatory masking. This will be for all staff and clients entering the clinic.
We understand that this may not be the update that some were hoping for. As a large group working very closely together, it's imperative that we continue to take these safety measures. This will help ensure that we can operate properly to provide the best medical care we can. It has been so nice to welcome clients back into the clinic. With our exam room size and length of time spent with you, our doctors appreciate your compliance with our face mask requirements and hope this will continue.
As always, as things change, we will continue to update our protocols as we feel necessary. If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to Becky, our Practice Manager at [email protected].
Please fill out either the Wellness Checklist for regular wellness exams or the Sick Pet Checklist (if not an emergency) ahead of your appointment.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR PET'S APPOINTMENT.
Please ensure you have filled out the WELLNESS CHECKLIST, SICK PET QUESTIONAIRE and the NEW CLIENT FORM or NEW PATIENT FORM for your pet and have emailed it back to us 24-48 hours before your appointment if possible.
Please specify any health concerns that may need a longer appointment time to address. Currently, we have designated 30 minutes per appointment. We will do our absolute best to minimize your expected wait time.
If a health concern arises between booking and your pet's appointment, please notify us. We may want to see your pet sooner and/or designate more time to address the concern. This will minimize waiting for you and other clients.
